Background of Program :
The Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Human Resource Management aims to provide a broad understanding of knowledge, skills and competencies in Human Resource Management such as people management processes, technology usage, techniques and decision making in order to address critical issues, problems and challenges in organisation
Program Educational Objectives (PEO)
PEO1 | To produce students that are knowledgeable and understanding required by the field of accounting, business, management, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, economics, information technology and human resources. |
PEO2 | To expose students with a sounds skills to assist them in making critical and analytical decisions in the managing organizations to achieve strategic business objectives. |
PEO3 | To manage people to achieve strategic business objectives with respect to human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations and occupational safety and health. |
PEO4 | To produce graduates who can apply fundamental principles, tactics and techniques to prepare for a successful career within and outside the field of human resources. |

Admission Requirements :
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (GP 2.00) in general studies subjects and Grade C (GP 2.00) in any 2 subjects; AND
Credit in Malay Language at SPM Level; OR
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Grade Jayyid; AND
Credit in Malay Language at SPM Level; OR
A pass in Diploma with at least CGPA of 2.00; OR
A pass in Matriculation or Foundation with at least CGPA of 2.00; OR
Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
Achieve a minimum Band 2 in Malaysia University English test (MUET) before or during period of study
English proficiency for foreign student: International students are required to achieve a minimum score of 5.5 IELTS or 550 TOEFL paper-based or its equivalent
